Whew!

Okay, when I went to bed last night, I knew that I was scheduled to have 2 auditions today. I am still wrapping out the Image Awards, so I got up at 6:45AM so I could leave home at 7:30, and be in the office by 8:30. I am NOT a morning person, and the only time I see the sun rise is when I stay up to see it. Not that I was up watching the sun rise, I'm just sayin'...

Anyway, I got to work early so I could get some things done because I never want it to be said that anyone on my team had to pick up the slack while I was out auditioning. Not cool. So I worked for about an hour and a half, then I went to my first audition - for "Gain" detergent. It went well. Then I went back to the office. Then, 2 hours later, I went to my second audition. ROCKED IT. It was for Citicorp. Then I went back to the office again, resolving to stay late if I had to. A couple of hours later, my agency called to tell me that the CD for Regence Health Insurance (I'm on avail for the spot right now) wanted to see me again immediately. Luckily the Image Awards production office is about 5 minutes away from the casting studio, so I zoomed over there post-haste, read copy for 2 more spots (they are shooting several), and drove back to work.

I have a feeling I'm going to have some good news for y'all soon. ;o)

I really need to go to bed now. I'll keep you posted.
