I didn't mean to go away for so long, but I've been working on a few things, like:
- Painting.
- The cover art for The Book.
- Speaking of books, I just BOOKED a guest-starring role on "Two And A Half Men!"
*brief pause while I do the happy dance* (doop-dee-doo...) Aight, I'm back.
- Also, I've been building a new website, because fellow actress Dianna Catterton and I have started a business, and it's launching TODAY! Come on over to "Drop It When It's Hot" and check. us. out. (with our bad selves).
- Finding a new place to live! Don't know if I told y'all, but when I moved out of my high-priced-and-getting-higher-every-year apartment last year, I (accidentally) moved to an area where people sell pizza door to door, helicopters fly overhead at least 3 times a week, and just 3 times this year, the cops have had my street blocked off, so I couldn't come home. Homebody that I am, the past year has been pretty unpleasant, with my living in a place I actually hated to come home to. As a result, I've spent more time at Starbucks, Panera, and Chipotle than in all the years prior. My lease is ending soon, and I'm determined to find a reasonably-priced gem where I can exhale, and cook all the stuff I haven't been able to cook over the past year since I refused to buy a stove or anything else I was going to have to move out of here. Because I've known I was leaving since a month after I moved in.
So, that's where I've been. But I'm back, and excited for the wonderful things that are sure to come this week.
