I'm just gonna say this real quick -

then go make some breakfast.

Do not let this Donald BS make you shed one more tear.  Do not let him and those of his ilk give you high blood pressure or cause you to turn to chronic escapism.  Those of us with good sense and open hearts need each other too much right now for any of us to take to our beds with a case of the vapors.

Almost half of the voting public elected this loud-mouthed bigot, and decent people do NOT have to link arms and sing "Kumbaya" with bigots "for the sake of the country."  That's not the kind of country that I want to live in.

We have to be the neighborhood watch club.  Let's keep our eyes open and one ear to the ground.  Keep our work boots and gloves nearby.  We are not powerless.  We are powerful beyond measure.  This ain't over, and we ain't no punks.

Now, stop crying - we've had two months to prepare ourselves for this foolishness.  It's time to boss up and decide which form of activism suits each of us best.  March, write, film, speak, enlighten, inspire, canvas (both kinds), or run for office.

Think about it.   I'm about to make myself coffee.
